This article offers an exegetical-theological analysis of Psalm 8, exploring its literary features and the interconnection between God, the cosmos, and humanity. The poem invites reflection, guiding the reader to understand their own identity, place in the universe, and relationship with the Creator. In addition to highlighting divine majesty, the psalm underscores the dignity conferred upon humanity, which entails moral and ecological responsibility as stewards of creation. Based on the elements articulated in the biblical text, it is concluded that the full harmony between God, the world, and humanity is an eschatological reality, realized in Christ, through whom the original creation project will be fully accomplished.
