À luz da dialética ético-históríca da comunicação das consciências e do reconhecimento mútuo das liberdades, pela mediação da cultura, o A. mostra como Henrique Vaz explica e interpreta a mensagem do Papa João XXIII, fundamentando o processo de personalização e socialização a partir da pulsão personalista cristã, que articula dinamicamente a pessoa humana (interíorídade e dom) com o Bem Comum da sociedade, de conteúdo históríco-social, mas de natureza moral.
