HEGEL E SCHMITT: UMA RELAÇÃO AMBÍGUA EM TORNO DA AFIRMAÇÃO DO POLÍTICO

O artigo pretende mostrar que determinadas categorias necessárias para a afirmação do político são tematizadas por Hegel e por Carl Schmitt com referenciais teóricos distintos. Ambos indagam sobre a natureza do Estado e sobre a fundamentação do poder (político). Para Hegel, essas questões são analisadas segundo uma normatividade lôgico-especulativa; para C. Schmitt segundo critérios antropológicos-existenciais.
Abstract: This article intends to show that certain categories which establísh the necessity of the polítical realm are treated by Hegel and by Carl Schmitt within different theoretical frameworks. Both inquire about the nature of the State and the Foundation of (political) power. For Hegel, these issues are analysed according to a logical-speculative normativity: for C. Schmitt according to anthropological-existential criteria.
