CETICISMO VERSUS PIRRONISMO

Abstract

O artigo propõe-se esclarecer as diferenças entre ceticismo moderno e pirronismo antigo, destacando a relevância desta diferenciação para o debate dos constitutios epistemológicos da filosofia moderna e contemporânea. Especial atenção merecem obras de Sextus Empiricus, Kant, Hegel e Wittgenstein.

Abstract: The article tries to clarify the differences between modem scepticism and ancient phyrronism, focusing on the relevance of these differences for the debate about the epistemic contents of modem and contemporary Philosophy. Special attention deserve the works of Sextus Empiricus, Kant, Hegel and Wittgestein.
