Abstract

O artigo examina a Filosofia do Direito de Hegel (1770-1831), do ponto de vista da ambivalência e da ambigüidade do projeto hegeliano de uma eticidade moderna como efetivação institucional da liberdade subjetiva qual princípio teórico da sociedade moderna.

Abstract: The article examines the Hegel's (1770-1831) philosophy of right under the point of view of the ambivalence and ambiguity of the hegelian project of a modern ethicallife as institutional accomplishment of subjective freedom being the theoretical principIe of the modern society.
