RAINER FORST: A DISCIPLE OF CRITICAL THEORY?

Abstract

In this article, we would like to reflect on the points of contact between Rainer Forst’s reflection on justice and Critical Theory. First, we will investigate the fundamental traits of Critical Theory and demonstrate how it differs from the Traditional Theory. Afterwards, we will explore Rainer Forster’s conception of justice. Finally, we will present our view on the possibility of considering Rainer Forst as a critical theorist.
