NOTES ON THE LABOUR PROCESS AND ITS DOUBLE SUBSUMPTION UNDER CAPITAL

Abstract

In this article, after considering the importance of work in modernity, and particularly in Karl Marx's thought, we will examine the Marxian exposition of the labor process in its general structure, and then seek to understand what Marx called formal and real subsumption of labor under capital, assessing some of its most important meanings, implications and developments.
