A POSSIBILIDADE DE UMA COMUNIDADE ÉTICA E A CO-RESPONSABILIDADE ÉTICA, EM KANT

Abstract

Abordamos a questão da possibilidade de uma comunidade ética com base nos fundamentos da filosofia kantiana. O esclarecimento dessa questão permite a admissão de uma co-responsabilidade ética. Inicialmente, elucidamos a diferença entre as legislações ética e jurídica, com vistas a distinguir a comunidade ética da jurídica. Caracterizamos a legislação ética pública e exploramos a hipótese de que lhe é própria uma coação recíproca inteligível das pessoas individuais e de uma pessoa comunitária. Procuramos uma fundamentação plausível dessa hipótese com base nas teses kantianas da idealidade do espaço e do tempo e da realidade objetiva da liberdade. Essa fundamentação permite reconhecermos a co-responsabilidade ética como característica da comunidade ética

Abstract: On the grounds of kantian philosophy, we will ponder on the question of the possibility of an ethical community. The elucidation of this question will allow us to accept the existence of an ethical co-responsibility. First, we will clarify up the difference between ethical and juridical legislation, with the aim of distinguishing ethical from juridical community. Characterizing the public ethical legislation, we will explore the hypothesis that it is proper to this legislation an intelligible reciprocal coaction between individuals and a communitarian person. We will search for a plausible foundation of that hypothesis on the basis of the kantian thesis of the space and time transcendental ideality and the objective reality of freedom. This foundation will enable us to recognize as an ethical community characteristic the ethical co-responsibility.
