Moralidade e ética discursiva. E m debate estão a ética discursiva e a correspondente argumentação moral do filósofo alemão. O artigo procura mostrar as relações entre os vários níveis do problema da moralidade em seu pensamento. O ensaio acompanha a trajetória de autor frente aos temas em questão. O texto pretende contribuir para um novo enquadramento da ética e da moral na filosofia contemporânea.
Abstract: Morality and discourse ethics. At issue are the discursive ethics and the corresponding moral argument of the German philosopher. It tries to show the relationships between the various levels of morality problem in their thinking. The test follows the trajectory of the author opposite the issues in question. The text aims to contribute to a new framework of ethics and morality in contemporary philosophy.
