1. The texts sent for publication are assessed for publication both in the printed and electronic version of the review. They may be directed to the following sections: articles, bibliographical notes, reviews or recensions. The texts of the articles may be in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French or Italian, and must not exceed 70.000 characters, spaces included; the others must be in Portuguese.

2. The articles must be unpublished and express original research results at postgraduate level, taking this journal the priority over their publication. No structure, content or style modification will be carried out without the previous agreement of the author.

3. Submission of the originals:
a) They must be sent in an e-mail attachment in a “.doc” or “.rtf” version (word for Windows option).
b) The articles must be sent containing the following items: thematic summary in Portuguese and English (about 10 lines and 5 keywords). author's biodata: academic qualifications / institutional affiliation / an e-mail address / a mailing address.
c) The bibliographical references must be presented according to the ABNT norms / stylesheet (Brazilian Association of Technical Norms).
d) The bibliographical reference must be put on every footnote, with the complete bibliographical data of the works cited, in every new citation.
e) The reviews and recensions must have complete bibliographical information on the publication concerned.
f) The texts in Portuguese must follow the new orthographic norms.

4. The authors will be notified about the reception of the work sent to the Editorial Staff. Every article will be submitted to a previous evaluation by the Editorial Board, regarding both the adequacy to the norms formulated in item n.3, as well as the academic degree of the authors (doctorate), the theme of the article (philosophical) and the language (see item n.1), and the basic observance of the recognized scientific standards of philosophical production. Once these requirements are met, the text will be addressed to two external reviewers, competent in the subject, who will evaluate it and fill in the proposed form to be returned to the Editorial Board. In cases where there is some doubt, another referee will be consulted. The Editorial Board's decision concerning the article's publication or not and the need for corrections or reformulations will be communicated to the authors by means of a written notification. The evaluation form will be enclosed in case the answer is negative or any alterations are required in the text.

5. The ideas and concepts in the signed articles are the authors' responsibility. They maintain the copyright and grant the review the right of first publication, being the article simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC).

6. The texts sent must be accompanied by a Declaration, in the terms contained in this site (see Copyright Statement), regarding the authoship responsibility, the absence of conflicts of interest and the permission to share the material published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC).

7. The Authors will receive a copy of the journal and 10 reprints of the published article.
