CRÍTICA DA FILOSOFIA DO DIREITO DE HEGEL: SOCIEDADE CIVIL SEGUNDO MARX

Trata-se do conceito de sociedade civil na “Crítica da Filosofia do Direito de Hegel”, de Marx, refletida pelos seus intérpretes. Investiga-se a significação do Estado em Hegel como um momento superior da racionalidade em que se baseia a sociedade civil. Enquanto isso, inversamente, interpreta-se esta mesma sociedade, desenvolvida com a burguesia e atravessada por conflitos radicais entre capital e trabalho, como a geradora do Estado. Aqui a emancipação política não é a etapa final da liberdade do homem.
Abstract: It refers to the concept of civilian society at the “Criticism to the Hegel's Philosophy of Right”, of Marx, reflected by his interpreters. The signification of Hegel's State is investigated like a superior moment of rationality in which the civilian society is founded on. While this, the same society is interpreted, developed with the bourgeoisie and crossed by radical conflicts between capital and work, as the State's generator. Here, the politic emancipation isn't the final stage in the human's liberty.
