Neste artigo, busca-se a refletir sobre o pensamento ético de Lima Vaz e sobre a necessária relação que traça entre Moral e Direito. Toda a doutrina desse filósofo é estruturada dialeticamente, seguindo sempre a estrutura universal-particular-singular. Nessa estrutura é explicado o agir ético em suas dimensões subjetiva, intersubjetiva e objetiva e sua constância na vida ética, também subjetiva, intersubjetiva e objetivamente. Neste trabalho somente serão consideradas as estruturas intersubjetiva e objetiva, por serem essas as mais pertinentes ao Direito, que cuida da conduta externa do sujeito
Abstract: This paper intends to present a reflection about Lima Vaz's ethical theory and the necessary relationship he establishes between Moral and Law. This philosopher's thought is dialectically structured and follows a “universal-particular-singular” pattern within which ethical acting is explained in its subjective, intersubjective and objective dimensions. Its continuity in ethical life is also subjectively, intersubjectively and objectively approached. Only the intersubjective and objective structures will be considered in this work since these are the most pertinent ones for the Law, which deals with the subject's external acting.
