DO DISCURSO À VIOLÊNCIA COM HEGEL, DEPOIS DE HEGEL

Resumo

A reflexão sobre a violência ocupa um lugar central em toda a obra de Eric Weil. O presente estudo analisa a possibilidade de se afirmar a legitimidade da violência como decorrendo coerentemente da própria reflexão weiliana. O ponto de partida e objeto privilegiado do estudo é a interpretação weiliana da filosofia política de Hegel que aparece na obra Hegel et I'État (1950), a ser compreendida no conjunto do pensamento weiliano, especialmente com relação à interpretação de Hegel que se encontra no sistema da Logique de la Philosophie (1950).

Abstract: Eric Weirs investigation of violence is a major subject among those he dealt with in his philosophical studies.The current study analyses if the Weilian reflexion allows the statement of legitimacy of violence. The starting-point and the main subject of the present analysis is the Weilian interpretation of Hegel's political philosophy, which appears in Hegel et I'État (1950). Such interpretation is to be understood in the context of the entire Weilian thought, particularly in relation to the interpretation of Hegel given by the system of the Logique de la Philosophie.
