FÉ CRISTÃ E FILOSOFIA HOJE NA AMÉRICA LATINA
Resumo
Distinguindo diferentes modelos de filosofias de inspiração cristã na AL de hoje, o A. centra-se naqueles que, movendo-se no nível de racionalidade filosófica contemporânea, tematizam explicitamente a relação entre fé e razão, considerando a AL como lugar hermenêutico de uma filosofia inculturada: em primeiro lugar a filosofia da libertação, em seguida a tentativa de filosofar a partir da sabedoria popular latino-americana e, finalmente, a assim chamada "lógica da gratuidade", que tenta pensar filosoficamente a nova síntese cultural emergente entre o ethos cultural latino-americano e a recente cultura moderna e pós-moderna.
Summary: Distinguishing differents models of Philosophies of Christian inspiration in today's Latin America the A. concentrates on those which, working at the level of contemporary philosophical rationality, deal explicitly with the relationship between faith and reason, considering Latin America as a hermeneutic "locus" of an inculturated philosophy: firstly the philosophy of liberation, next the attempt to philosophize out of the popular wisdom of Latin America and finaly the so called "logic of gratuity" which tries to reflect philosophically about the emerging cultural synthesis between the Latin American cultural ethos and present modem and post-modernist culture.
