O UNIVERSO ÉTICO EM HEGEL

Resumo

O autor expõe a concepção hegeliana de Estado com o objetivo de confrontar o universo ético em Hegel com as versões éticas de cunho neo-aristotélico na tradição da filosofia prática. O ensaio tenta reabilitar a figura do Estado como um problema filosófico de primeira grandeza. O texto privilegia as relações entre lógica e Filosofia do Direito no pensamento do filósofo alemão.

Abstract: The author sets forth the Hegelian conception of State with the objective of confronting the ethical universe in Hegel with the ethic versions of Neo-Aristotelic coinage in the tradition of the practical philosophy. The essay tries to rehabilitate the figure of the State as a first-order philosophic problem. The text privileges the relations between logic and philosophy of right in the thought of the German philosopher.
