ABSTRACT: In a historical-methodological study the author develops a pertinent point, up to the present not considered by the literature of Spiritual Exercises, concerning the resemblances and dissimilarities of "Particular Examination" with the procedures of observation and the recording of one's behavior in the Self-Behavior Modification Projects behavioristically founded.
