A RELAÇÃO ÉTICA E POLÍTICA EM KANT E HEGEL: RUPTURA E/OU INTEGRAÇÃO

Resumo

Tentamos mostrar, na primeira parte deste artigo, que toda a força da "vida ética" hegeliana vem do método dialético que lhe permite superar efetivamente os limites do formalismo da "moralidade" kantiana, na sua separação da vida sociopolítica. As chances da integração do político com o ético não nos impedem de estar atentos aos limites desta problemática. De fato, este é o objeto da segunda parte do artigo, as dificuldades e mesmo os impasses que provêm do método dialético, enquanto lógica da subjetividade, convidam a considerar com mais atenção os recursos escondidos da ética kantiana.

Abstract: We try to show in the first part of this article, that the full force of "ethical life" comes from the Hegelian dialectical method that allows you to effectively overcome the limits of formalism of "morality" Kantian in its separation of socio-political life. The chances of political integration with the ethical not prevent us from being aware of the limits of this problem. In fact, this is the object of the second part of the article, the difficulties and even the impasses that come from the dialectical method, while logic of subjectivity, invite you to consider more carefully the hidden resources of Kantian ethics.
