UNIVERSALIDADE NOMOTÉTICA NO DIÁLOGO “POLÍTICO” DE PLATÃO À LUZ DAS DOUTRINAS NÃO ESCRITAS

Resumo

Universalidade Nomotética no diálogo “Político” de Platão à luz das doutrinas não escritas. Este artigo aborda a Universalidade Nomotética do horizonte ético antigo, baseando-se no diálogo “Político”, de Platão, que ganha neste trabalho uma interpretação à luz das doutrinas não-escritas. Trata-se de uma investigação acerca da fundamentação do Direito na Grécia, o que se dava no espelhamento da imutabilidade da ordem da physis ao nomos objetivo, ao qual devia referir-se a praxis humana. Tal fundamentação sustentava o vínculo entre Ética e Direito na organização da vida na cidade, o que faz deste um artigo que relaciona ordem e harmonia, lei e justiça, deuses e governantes, formas de governo e o curso do mundo.

Abstract: Nomothetic Universality in Plato's dialogue “Politician” under the lights of the non writing doctrines. This article deals with the Nomothetic Universality of the ancient ethical horizon, based on Plato's dialogue “Politician” that gets in this paperwork an interpretation under the lights of the non writing doctrines. It is an investigation about the Law's grounding in Greece, which was happened through the immutability's reflexion of the physis' order to the objective nomos, which should refer the human praxis. Such grounding supported the link between Ethics and Law in the life's organization of the city, which makes an article that relates order and harmony, law and justice, gods and governors, government types and the direction of the world.
