A DIALÉTICA DA VONTADE LIVRE SEGUNDO CATEGORIAS LÓGICO-CONCEITUAIS NA INTRODUÇÃO À FILOSOFIA DO DIREITO DE HEGEL

O trabalho tem por objetivo a análise dos §§ 5, 6 e 7 da Introdução à Filosofia do Direito, de Hegel. Nesses três parágrafos, Hegel propõe, de forma condensada, a organização lógica da vontade livre segundo o movimento do conceito em suas determinidades: universalidade, particularidade e singularidade. A partir dessa articulação especulativa da vontade livre, cabe perguntar em que medida ela pode ser atribuída ao indivíduo, e à sua liberdade subjetiva.
Summary: The purpose of this paper is Io analyze § § 5, 6 and 7 of the Introduction to Philosophy of Right, by Hegel. In these three paragraphs, in a condensed form, Hegel presents the logical organization of free will according to the movement of the concept in its determinations: universality, particularity and singularity. Based on this conceptual framework, the question of whether free will can be attributed to the individual and to his/her individual freedom is discussed.
