A SUPRESSÃO DA COMPANHIA DE JESUS EM 1773, UM DOS FATOS MAIS SINGULARES NA HISTÓRIA DA IGREJA

Resumo

July twenty-first 1973 is the second centennial of the suppression of the S.J. as a religious order. This was a strange fact in the church considering it in the context of the circumstances and reasons of the History. Examining the concept and the characteristics of this strangeness the author sees the MAIN cause of the suppression in the Zeitgeist (spirit of the time) of the 18th.
